Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Red Wagon when you use Markitech.
Updated November 4, 2026
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you, or the organization you represent, and Red Wagon, which operates Markitech. By creating an account or using Markitech you agree to them. If you use Markitech for an organization, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.
The service
Markitech is an AI agent that connects to marketing platforms you authorize. It answers questions with data from those platforms, prepares changes and makes the changes you approve. What Markitech can read and change differs by platform, and the integration pages list it. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your account. Only connect platform accounts you are authorized to use, including any client accounts you manage.
Approvals and your responsibility
Markitech proposes each change to a connected account and makes it only after a person in your workspace approves it. You are responsible for reviewing a change before you approve it and for the changes you approve.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check important figures and recommendations before you rely on them. Markitech does not guarantee any marketing result, such as lower costs or more conversions.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans include a monthly credit allowance as described on the pricing page, and you can buy additional credit packs.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use Markitech to break the law or any platform's terms or advertising policies, to create deceptive or infringing content, to try to get around approvals, rate limits or security controls, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with the service. Do not resell Markitech or copy or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your content and of the data Markitech retrieves from your platforms. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support Markitech for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Third-party platforms
Connected platforms such as Google, Meta and WordPress are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or decisions they make about your accounts. Markitech is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Availability
We work to keep Markitech available and secure, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that are not stated in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Red Wagon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim relating to Markitech is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Markitech and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update this page and tell account holders by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Markitech after that means you accept the updated terms.
